Students –  $  95.00  BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNT: $70.00!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $5 registration fee per registrant when using a credit card.  There is no extra fee when paying by check.

You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete (registration and monies received). If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of registering, please email Cathy at so we can make sure we have received all the necessary information.


Conference Cancellation Policy (Effective 11/20/2017):
Cancellations before 8/16/2018 – full refund less a $25.00 handling fee
Cancellations from 8/17/2018 to 9/6/2018 – 50% refund
Cancellations after 9/7/2018 – no refund
In extreme emergencies, the Conference Directors may agree to override the policy. A minimum handling fee of $25 will be charged.
